1) PHYSICS OF SEMICONDUCTORS
Ohm's law. Insulators and conductors. Semiconductors. Electrons in semiconductors. Gaps. Tunnel effect. Wave-particle duality. Intrinsic silicon. Silicon doped with n-type impurities. 2) THE PN JUNCTION
